I am all about keeping my body fat low and my energy high. This egg and avocado breakfast wrap is perfectly aligned with that goal! With a Flatout wrap in place of a regular tortilla, I can increase my protein while keeping carbs low. Flatout wraps are great to pair with eggs like I do here, or with chicken, veggies, and other ingredients for lunch and dinner options. The first sign that an avocado is ripe, but not too ripe, is the feel of it. A ripe avocado should be pleasantly firm with a touch of softness, like a peach. Avoid avocados that are hard like apples, and avoid avocados that are mushy! You want that happy medium for your breakfast wrap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second thing to look for is the color of the inside of your avocado. It should be bright green, obviously, but you can\u2019t exactly stand there and peel the avocado to check! Instead, if you find an avocado that is soft but not mushy, pop the stem off and take a peek at the inside. If it looks nice and green, you\u2019ve got a keeper.
